Chacfly PS

Chacco - Blue - Sir Shutterfly
DOB:  29 April, 2012 | Chestnut | Stallion

The powerful show jumping offspring of Chacfly PS, who have already proven their outstanding talent in show jumping competitions, such as the winners Golden Queenfly AJ, Nonolivia, Chacarnan PS and Chalou Fly PS, are waiting in the starting blocks. The number of licensed stallions is also constantly increasing. In addition to the Hanoverian premium stallion and Stallion Market price highlight Chaclight/Cherobino, Cavaillon v. Verbindungshoeve Z and Chacin Fly Z have also been approved for breeding. Chacfly’s daughter Chacira P won the DSP loose-jumping championships (3y.o.) in style. And Checkmate AS was the top price of the show jumping Elite Foal Auction in Denmark, with a knock-down price of 18,500 euros.

Ridden by Eiken Sato/JPN and Laura Strehmel, Chacfly PS collected victories and placings in 1.45m show jumping competitions in Opglabbeek/BEL, Kronenberg/NED, Riesenbeck, Ommen/NED and Lier/BEL. At national level, he was bronze medallist at the Weser-Ems Championships. Chacfly PS was a high-flyer right from the beginning. He completed his stallion performance test in 2016 in Adelheidsdorf with a record score of 9.49, where he received the maximum mark of 10 in six individual criteria (including scope, style and general impression) and 9.5 for rideability. He was then awarded the coveted Stakkato Prize for Hanoverians in Verden. In Vechta, he also received the Oldenburg Ib main premium for the outstanding quality of his first crop of foals. In 2016, Chacfly PS won the bronze medal at the Hanoverian Championships (4y.o.) in Verden. He has won a number of competitions for young show jumpers, including twelve victories in the 2018 season, ridden by Patrick Stühlmeyer. He also won the qualifier for the German Championships in Klein Roscharden with a score of 8.8. He then achieved the jump into higher classes.

Chacfly’s incredible capacities on courses are clearly sketched out in his extraordinary performance pedigree. His sire Chacco-Blue was third in the Grand Prix in Aachen and he won the Grand Prix in Neumünster. Since 2015, he has been amongst the top ten of the world’s best show jumping sires and since 2017, he has led the ranking of the World Breeders Association WBFSH. From a breeding perspective, the elite stallion produced Explosion W/Ben Maher/GBR, Olympic Champion, individual silver and team bronze medallist at the European Championships and Global Champions Tour winner, Chanyon/Daisuke Fukushima/JPN, placed sixth at the Olympics, Chaqui Z/Shane Sweetnam/IRL, European Team Champion, and Chacon/Eoin McMahon/IRL, placed second in the Nations Cup final, amongst others. Chacco-Blue produced the most offspring at almost all championships, for example eight at the 2018 World Equestrian Games in Tryon/USA. Almost 60 of his sons have been licensed.

His dam Shentara is the half sister of Quickcento (by Quicksilber), licensed stallion and internationally successful, of Nintara (by Nintender), placed in Grand Prix and of further successful sport horses.

The dam’s sire Sir Shutterfly is the full brother of prize money multi-millionaire Shutterfly, who competed with Meredith Michaels-Beerbaum. He is also the half brother of the internationally successful show jumpers Let’s Fly/Rodrigo Pessoa/BRA and Remedi D/Marco Kutscher.

In the third generation appears Dobel’s Cento, team Olympic gold medallist in Sydney/AUS and team Olympic bronze medallist in Athens/GRE, team European gold medallist in Donaueschingen and team European bronze medallist in Arnhem/NED as well as Champion of the World Cup in Leipzig with Otto Becker.

Chacfly PS represents the Holstein lineage 5819. From this line also descend the stallions Casino, Charriol, Landioso, Le Coeur, Tiépolo and Zünftiger as well as the sport horses Comme Ci Comme Ca/Cora Ackermann-Ripke, Gittina/Otto Becker and Toi Toi Toi/Jürgen Kurz.
